Location: Delft University of Technology,Aula, Mekelweg 5, Delft, The Netherlands
The Port Infrastructure seminar is an initiative of Delft University of Technology, Port of Rotterdam Authority, Port of Amsterdam, Dutch Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Water Management.
The Seminar aims to stimulate innovation in port infrastructure design, operations and maintenance through the presentation and exchange of results of applied research and technologies.
We aspire to bring together researchers and professionals from academic and research institutes, port authorities and the entire port sector, comprising operators, contractors, consultants and suppliers, to share new developments, concepts and practices.
On this website you will find an overview of the program, including the topics of some very renewned keynote speakers and the list of selected papers and their authors. The received abstracts led us to add Environment again to the four themes shown in the 1st Announcement. There will be ample time for discussion, during the sessions, the coffee and lunch breaks, and for informal exchange during the excursion on 21 June and the dinner on 22 June. The seminar will be both useful and enjoyable for every participant.
